Card transfer

CardTransfer allows American Express® Cardmembers to make money transfers from one card to another using ATM, Information kiosk or Internet Banking service of the International Bank of Azerbaijan.

Transfers can be made to and from the cards of the IBA and cards of banks that have special contract with IBA.

Transfers can be made between the same customer's accounts and between accounts of different customers.

Subscription to the CardTransfer service is at no charge to all American Express® Card members.
